Surendra Nagaraju: Poem ‘Right remedy’
Of late, the whole world is
appearing black to me.
People, environs– everything
is dark around me.
I pondered a lot
and chose the right remedy:
Wash out the murk
accumulated inside me.
Right remedy
Ultimamente, o mundo inteiro
está me parecendo negro.
Pessoas, ambientes – tudo
está escuro ao meu redor.
Refleti muito
e escolhi o remédio certo:
Lavar a escuridão
acumulada dentro de mim.
