Na atualidade, a palavra Gratidão vem se destacando, porém é necessário que o sentido da palavra seja entendido na íntegra e que não seja confundida com um simples ato de agradecimento, como no caso de dizer muito obrigado, o que é feito repetidamente pela grande maioria das pessoas como uma práxis educativa.
Ter gratidão, vai muito além do que palavras, é ter sentimento de alma que se expande ao coração. O coração por sua vez possui um campo eletromagnético cinco mil vezes mais potente que o cérebro, o que faz com que este sentimento aliado a fé e a emoção, eleve o campo vibracional do corpo físico a um estado muito próximo da iluminação, estado este, onde as infinitas possibilidades são acessíveis, portanto, ter gratidão trata-se de um exercício de fé por ser grato antes mesmo de se ter, levando o ser a conquistas do inimaginável.
A Ciência veem estudando afinco a temática, trazendo esclarecimentos baseados em suas pesquisas afirmando e comprovando que gratidão seria uma das emoções morais que ligariam as pessoas à sociedade como um todo. Nessa mesma linha, McCullough et al. (2001) assinalaram que Schwartz (1967) associou gratidão à inertia, uma força que faz com que as relações sociais mantenham uma orientação pró-social. Baumgarten-Tramer (1938) considerou a gratidão responsável pela coesão social, uma vez que cria uma relação entre pessoas, desenvolvendo seu senso de comunidade. A gratidão seria baseada, principalmente, em elementos sociais e éticos. Algoe, Haidt e Gable (2008), em um estudo empírico, encontraram dados que indicam que a gratidão tem a função de promover e manter relacionamentos.
Como se pode constatar, há uma perfeita sabedoria no que tange o ato da prática da Gratidão. É o amar quando o silêncio insiste em prevalecer, é agradecer e confiar quanto tudo ao entorno do próprio ser possa estar dizendo o contrário daquilo que se crê, é ter um coração totalmente agradecido e repleto de paz por aquilo que já se tem sem se prender às preocupações relacionadas a um futuro incerto, pois a gratidão, nos traz a certeza de que há no Universo uma força tão potente capaz de suprir tudo aquilo que o ser humano necessita para viver e ser feliz nesta existência.
O cérebro e a mente humana não são capazes de pensar duas coisas simultaneamente, portanto, a decisão em escolher os bons pensamentos e a prática de atos salutares está a todo momento sobre o domínio do próprio ser, façamos então o bom uso do intelecto e livre arbítrio e escolhamos o melhor, a fim de que possamos viver ainda aqui um reino das infinitas possibilidades que está ao dispor da humanidade para que se elevem as consciências a um patamar mais elevado e sublime de ascensão e libertação, ao qual somente o amor estará a reger todas as ações unificada a gratidão, pois ela é a parte mais nobre deste excelso sentimento.
