Mohamed Rahal, natural da província de Tebessa, Argélia, é poeta, artista, letrista, pesquisador de folclore, profissional de mídia, tradutor e embaixador internacional para organizações internacionais, incluindo a União Mundial de Poesia e o César.
Supervisor de mídia para veículos de comunicação árabes e internacionais.
Marcou presença em fóruns e festivais nacionais, magrebinos, árabes e internacionais, incluindo o 7º Fórum Árabe de Literatura Popular, o 4º Fórum Magrebino, o 8º Fórum Internacional de Literatura Popular e 6 fóruns nacionais e 7 dias literários nacionais na província de Tebessa, bem como encontros literários nas províncias de Annaba, El Tarf, Souk Ahras, Guelma, Mostaganem, Tissemsilt e Tizi Ouzou.
Concorreu em inúmeros concursos de poesia popular, incluindo o segundo lugar na 13ª edição do concurso Dias Literários em Tebessa, Argélia, e o terceiro lugar no Festival Nacional de Poesia Jovem em Mostaganem, Argélia. Também conquistou o quinto lugar em um concurso de poesia coloquial no Egito.
Foi indicado para o Festival Internacional da Rota da Seda das Nações Unidas, realizado nos Emirados Árabes Unidos em 2025, entre 100 poetas internacionais, e selecionado como um dos cinco poetas da África.
Integrou o primeiro fórum de poesia popular no Teatro Nacional Mouheddine Bachtarzi em Argel, Argélia. Colaborou em diversas transmissões radiofônicas em emissoras provinciais, culturais e nacionais em Argel. Recebeu convites internacionais para participar de eventos de poesia na Itália, Tailândia, Bolívia e conferências internacionais sobre inteligência artificial na Rússia 🇷🇺 e Colômbia 🇨🇴.
Também atuou no campo da música popular, escrevendo as letras de 13 canções em 5 álbuns com Cheb Aziz Dziry, de Tebessa, Argélia, e um single com o artista Mohamed Amir Mubarak, de Sidi Bouzid, Tunísia 🇹🇳. Algumas das canções foram transmitidas com traduções para espanhol e italiano em estações de rádio internacionais na Argentina 🇦🇷 e Sérvia.
Tem 38 traduções publicadas em todo o mundo, 50 artigos traduzidos sobre folclore para 10 idiomas e 20 estudos acadêmicos (15 nacionais e 5 árabes). Esses estudos foram traduzidos para 6 idiomas estrangeiros. Também contribuiu para diversas publicações.
Seus poemas foram publicados em antologias internacionais na Itália, Albânia, China, Índia, Estados Unidos, Argentina, Sérvia, França, Tadjiquistão, Afeganistão e Grécia.
Mohamed inicia sua colaboração no ROL com o poema Stille, enaltecendo a nobreza, honra, liberdade, amizade, pureza social e intelectual.

y los ‘Mahaf’ (un término despectivo para los fácilmente influenciables) tienen muchos que me odian.
