O que é que os incompetentes já fizeram para a humanidade?!
À primeira vista, a resposta é: NADA! Mas, com um pouco de ponderação, percebe-se que esta pode não ser a resposta mais correta. Os incompetentes sempre desencorajaram os empreendimentos revolucionários, criativos e inovadores sob a alegação de que, já tendo se inventado tudo, nada mais é possível de se inventar.
Sim, este discurso é um discurso da incompetência!
O que é incompetência?
Com a vossa licença, vamos defini-lo a partir da noção de competência. Competência é um termo que compreende o conjunto de saberes, fazeres e valores pertinentes ao exercício de uma atividade, visando dar uma resposta satisfatória a uma situação-problema. Deste ponto de vista, a incompetência, que morfologicamente resulta da combinação do prefixo IN e a palavra COMPETÊNCIA, pode ser entendida como a falta de saberes, fazeres e valores pertinentes ao exercício de uma atividade que impede os homens e as mulheres de dar uma resposta satisfatória aos problemas.
Pensar que já não existe nada que se possa criar ou inventar porque tudo já foi inventado, é um discurso que só os incompetentes fazem porque, à luz da MATESE (Ciência Filosófico-Educativa do Aprender Humano) e da ESCOPESE (Ciência Filosófico-Educativa da Avaliação), OS SERES HUMANOS SÃO ONTOLOGICAMENTE SERES QUE SE FAZEM SENDO dentro de um determinado curso histórico e geográfico. FAZER-SE SENDO remete-nos a clara noção de que os homens e as mulheres são seres incompletos. Sua incompletude é uma caraterística ontogenética que lhes é indissociável e lhes abre uma infinidade de possibilidades de criação e inovação, pelo que, não existe nenhum fundamento válido para o discurso de que já não há nada que se possa criar ou inventar.
Vê-se que, se este discurso fosse verdadeiro, haveria toda uma necessidade de se mudar a concepção, cientificamente comprovada, da natureza inacabada do ser humana, o que, de resto, tem fortes implicações nas suas capacidades e habilidades, assim como amplia seu leque de infinitas possiblidades de reflexão, saber e atuação.
Este discurso impeditivo e irresponsável, é um que não é peculiar à nossa época, porque desde sempre houveram incompetentes no mundo. Enquanto o ser humano for este ser inacabado, aberto a infinidades de ser, saber e fazer, nunca se dará por completo e acabado.
Que, os que se prezam e prezam o desenvolvimento social, continuem a desafiar e a se desafiar na invenção de coisas, pensamentos e novos valores!
