Escritor de São Caetano do Sul recebe prêmio Destaque Literário 2025

O professor e escritor Josemir Lemos recebeu, em fevereiro de 2026, o prêmio Destaque Literário 2025, como Melhor Autor. A premiação se deu por meio de voto popular nas redes sociais e foi organizada pela Editora NSPUBLICAÇÕES.
O escritor é professor em São Caetano do Sul desde 2013 e foi realizando um trabalho com a obra literária ‘O diário do Erasmo’, que teve contato com o escritor Robson Cuer. A partir desse momento, floresceu o desejo de escrever.
Josemir Lemos, além de professor e escritor, também é contador de história e apresenta os seus livros de forma lúdica em escolas, feiras literárias e bibliotecas.
No ano de 2025, o seu livro ‘Os dez monstrinhos‘ ficou em segundo lugar no Prêmio Pluma de Ouro, como Melhor Livro Infantil. Esse livro foi lançado na Flip em Paraty, na Bienal do Rio de Janeiro, em Pesqueira-PE e em algumas cidades do estado de São Paulo, inclusive na capital.
O autor também está participando do prêmio Ecos da Literatura como Melhor Autor Nacional e com o livro ‘Os dez monstrinhos’ nas categorias Melhor Livro Infantil, Melhor Livro Ilustrado e Melhor Livro Nacional.
Sinopse do livro
Os Dez Monstrinhos viviam animados no planeta Master, mas um dia, perceberam que lá não faziam nada de diferente, eram sempre as mesmas tarefas. Então, resolveram sair pelo espaço em busca de novos conhecimentos. Foi assim que encontraram o planeta Terra. Descobriram que os habitantes deste planeta adquirem conhecimentos na escola e foram para lá em busca de novos saberes.
Quando tiveram o primeiro contato com as crianças, diferente do esperado, os monstrinhos ficaram com medo delas. Ficaram assustados com o comportamento daqueles humaninhos, pois era diferente do que estavam acostumados.
No entanto, com a convivência, aprenderam a lidar com as diferenças e a respeitar o jeito de ser do outro.

Sobre o autor
Josemir Lemos é natural de Pesqueira (PE), onde, até os 19 anos, cuidava do gado e da roça no sítio dos pais. Mudou para São Paulo, Capital, em 2002, onde trabalhou como vendedor de frutas, de Yakult e de doces caseiros.
A partir de 2005, ingressou na área da Educação como Estagiário de Apoio à Inclusão e Monitor da Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Em 2007, ingressou como professor na rede estadual paulista e ficou até 2023. Atualmente, leciona na rede municipal de São Caetano do Sul, onde reside também.
É graduado em Pedagogia e Letras e pós-graduado em Literatura Inglesa, Psicopedagogia, ABA, Ensino da Matemática, PIGEAD, Educação Especial e cursando Contação de História e Alfabetização e Letramento.
É autor de cinco livros infantis, um de poemas e tem participações em sete coletâneas. Realiza mediações de leitura e contação de histórias em escolas públicas, particulares, bibliotecas e em eventos literários.
Destaque Literário em 2024 no prêmio Cultivista. Em 2025 recebeu o Prêmio Cultivista – Vozes que Inspiram. No mesmo ano, recebeu Voto de Congratulações da Câmara Municipal de Sorocaba e foi finalista do Prêmio Plumade Ouro.
