O professor e escritor Josemir Lemos acaba de ser anunciado como finalista em duas categorias de peso no renomado Prêmio Ecos da Literatura! Reconhecido por sua dedicação ao incentivo à leitura e por encantar leitores de todas as idades, Josemir concorre este ano como:
● Melhor Autor Nacional – Um reconhecimento ao conjunto de sua obra e sua trajetória inspiradora no cenário literário.
● Melhor Livro Infantil – Com a obra ‘Os Dez Monstrinhos’, que já conquistou o coração dos pequenos (e dos grandes!) com sua criatividade e ludicidade.
Ser finalista em uma premiação que celebra a diversidade e a força da nossa literatura é uma vitória não apenas para o autor, mas para todos os leitores que acreditam no poder transformador dos livros.
Os três finalistas de cada uma das 30 categorias foram apontados por votação pública, via internet, realizada entre os dias 08 de fevereiro e 22 de março de 2026. Apenas autores e profissionais do livro, com obras editadas em 2025, puderam participar da premiação.
O evento de premiação está agendado para o dia 23 de maio (sábado), às 16 h, no Teatro Espaço Bereana, Vila Mariana, na capital paulista. Na oportunidade, será conhecida a classificação dos finalistas: 1º, 2º e 3º colocados, que vão receber troféus personalizados.
JOSEMIR LEMOS, 43, é natural de Pesqueira (PE). Trabalhou na roça e com criação de gado.
Mudou-se para São Paulo em 2002, onde trabalhou como vendedor de frutas, de Yakult e de cocadas.
Em 2004, iniciou o curso de Pedagogia em Santo André. Em 2005 e 2006 , trabalhou como estagiário de apoio à inclusão em São Bernardo do Campo. No ano de 2007, iniciou como professor na rede estadual de ensino de São Paulo.
Em 2008, iniciou o curso de Letras, quando, então, despertou o prazer pela leitura.
Realizou curso de contador de história, fez vários cursos na área de leitura, participou de eventos literários em bibliotecas e fez visitas em escolas para realizar leituras ou contar histórias. Atualmente, leciona na rede municipal de Ensino de São Caetano do Sul.
Iniciou como escritor em 2019, participando da coletânea ‘Contos para o futuro melhor’, com os contos A coragem de Lucas e Mudanças no Jogo.
Em 2023, lançou os livros ‘As descobertas de Maricota’, ‘A festa da Filó’ e ‘Brinquedos e brincadeiras: leitura e diversão’.
