A cidade de Teresópolis foi cenário, no dia 28 de março de 2026, de uma das mais expressivas solenidades culturais do calendário acadêmico nacional. Promovido pela Federação Brasileira dos Acadêmicos das Ciências, Letras e Artes, o evento reuniu intelectuais, artistas, educadores, pesquisadores e autoridades culturais no emblemático Teatro Municipal – Palácio Teresa Cristina, sede da Prefeitura, consolidando-se como um verdadeiro marco na valorização das letras, das artes e do pensamento humanístico no Brasil.
Desde sua fundação, em 25 de abril de 2012, a Federação Brasileira dos Acadêmicos das Ciências, Letras e Artes vem se consolidando como uma das mais respeitadas instituições culturais do país, pautada por princípios de natureza apartidária, sem fins lucrativos e orientada pelo compromisso permanente com a valorização do saber. Sua atuação abrange a promoção das Ciências, das Letras e das Artes, incentivando a produção intelectual, o intercâmbio cultural e o reconhecimento de personalidades que se destacam por suas contribuições relevantes à sociedade.
Ao longo de sua trajetória, a FEBACLA tem desempenhado um papel fundamental na difusão do conhecimento e na preservação da memória cultural brasileira, promovendo iniciativas que estimulam o pensamento crítico, a criatividade e o desenvolvimento humano. A abertura oficial do cerimonial foi conduzida pelo acadêmico Prof. Dr. Nicolas Theodoridis, que destacou o caráter histórico do encontro e a importância de se perpetuar a memória cultural por meio de iniciativas institucionais sólidas. Em seguida, foi composta a mesa de honra, presidida por Dom Alexandre da Silva Camêlo Rurikovich Carvalho, presidente da FEBACLA, que esteve acompanhado por relevantes nomes do meio acadêmico e cultural, como a Duquesa Claudia Lundgren Rurikovich Carvalho, a professora Rita Mello, o professor Dr. Jadson Porto, a professora Jacy Proença e o professor Dr. Eugênio Maria Gomes.

A honraria destacou autores e educadores cujas obras contribuem para a formação cultural e crítica da sociedade brasileira.

Antes das considerações finais, Dom Alexandre da Silva Camêlo Rurikovich Carvalho, na condição de Príncipe Chefe da Augustíssima e Soberana Casa Real e Imperial dos Godos de Oriente, no pleno exercício de suas prerrogativas dinásticas e soberanas, houve por bem conceder elevação nobiliárquica ao então Marquês, o Ilustríssimo Prof. Dr. Jadson Porto.
Por este ato de graça e distinção, foi o mesmo elevado à excelsa dignidade de Duque, com o predicado de Duque Paladino de Gotland, sendo-lhe outorgado o tratamento de Sua Alteza Sereníssima. Alexandre da Silva Camêlo Rurikovich Carvalho, natural de Nova Iguaçu (RJ). Construiu sólida trajetória acadêmica e intelectual, sendo licenciado em História e Filosofia, tecnólogo em Eventos e bacharel em Direitos Humanos, com ênfase em Ciências Sociais.
