Há histórias que nascem da observação da vida e outras surgem da experiência profunda de quem aprendeu, ao longo do caminho, que até os momentos mais difíceis podem se transformar em aprendizado.
É desse olhar sensível que nasce o livro “Eu sou Pérola, mas já fui Ostra”, da autora, mentora e palestrante Lourdes Pereira de Souza Manhani.
Natural do interior do Paraná e hoje residente no estado de São Paulo, Lourdes, de 59 anos, construiu uma trajetória marcada pelo contato direto com pessoas e suas histórias.
Durante mais de duas décadas atuou na área educacional como professora e coordenadora acadêmica, experiência que aprofundou seu interesse pelo comportamento humano e pelos caminhos da aprendizagem e do desenvolvimento pessoal.
Mestre em Educação, com formação em Psicanálise Clínica e diversas especializações voltadas ao desenvolvimento humano, Lourdes também é sócia da Eloluz Gestão Integrada e criadora do Movimento Pérola, iniciativa que busca inspirar mulheres a reconhecerem sua força interior e ressignificarem suas próprias histórias.
Além de “Eu sou Pérola, mas já fui Ostra”, é autora da obra DEUScidências da Vida e coautora dos livros Mulheres que Transformam Mulheres e Segredos do Prazer.
Em seus livros, mentorias e palestras, compartilha reflexões que convidam ao autoconhecimento e ao fortalecimento emocional.
A ideia do livro nasceu justamente da soma dessas vivências.
Ao longo dos anos trabalhando com pessoas, Lourdes percebeu que muitas mulheres carregavam dores profundas, perdas e experiências difíceis.
